TikraKaina shows aggregated open data about completed apartment purchases in Lithuania and publicly announced real-estate auctions. The service is free and informational.

The numbers shown are not an individual or mass property valuation under Lithuanian valuation law, are not a valuer's report, and are not investment, legal or tax advice. They are statistics about other transactions, not the value of a specific property.

• Transaction data is aggregated into 1×1 km cells, covers apartments only and only single-object transactions — a subset of the market, not the whole of it.
• The source publishes only those cells and years with enough transactions, so many parts of Lithuania have no data at all.
• The auction list is a snapshot refreshed once a day; price, deadlines and status may have changed. The authoritative source is always the auction organiser's own site.
• The market comparison ("−X% below market") is computed automatically and can be wrong when a listing's stated area, share or property type does not follow the usual format.
• Addresses are placed by automatic geocoding — some markers may sit in the wrong place or not appear at all.

The data is provided "as is", with no warranty of accuracy, completeness or availability. The site runs on a self-hosted server and may be unavailable. Decisions to buy, sell or bid are yours; we accept no liability for their consequences.
